How to make it

  1. Cut boiled eggs in half lengthwise. Remove the yolk from egg white.
  2. In a small mixing bowl, mash yolk with mayonnaise, sugar and mustard until smooth (egg mixture).
  3. Spoon egg mixture into egg white.
  4. Top with Chili Garlic Sauce and Hoisin Sauce. Cool and serve.
