How to make it
In a baking dish, combine all marinade ingredients. Mix well. Marinate beef for two hours or more.
Bake covered at 177°C for 1 hour.
Remove cover. Bake for another 15 minutes at 200°C .
Transfer the juice into a small sauce pan. Bring mixture to a boil. Cook sauce until thickened.
Glaze beef ribs with the sauce.
