Grilled Ginger Tuna with Premium Soy Sauce

How to make it

Cook green beans in boiling water until tender. Rinse with cold water and drain.
Marinate tuna with 2 Tbsp. soy sauce, dry sherry and minced ginger for 20 minutes.
Combine 1 tsp. minced ginger, 1 Tbsp. soy sauce, 2 Tbsp. olive oil and 1 Tbsp. vinegar. Mix well and set aside.  (soy sauce dressing).
Grill tuna for 1 minute on each side. Cool before slicing.
Assemble tuna and vegetables and drizzle soy sauce dressing and serve.
