Divide beef into 4 equal 6 oz. portions, using buns as a guide for patties. Indent the center of the patty with your finger, this will prevent the patties from shrinking while cooking. Generously season with salt and pepper.

Heat a cast-iron skillet over medium high heat OR heat a grill over medium high heat. When the grill or pan is hot, add patties with salt and pepper side down and grill for 4 minutes.

Then season the other side with salt and pepper.

Flip burgers and brush each patty with Lee Kum Kee Hoisin Sauce. Continue to grill for 4 minutes for medium doneness. Remove from the grill and allow to rest.

Grill buns cut side down until slightly toasted and warm. Remove from the grill.

Build burgers by spreading Lee Kum Kee Sriracha Mayo on cut sides of buns. Add cucumber slices to the base of the bun, then burger patty. Add red onions to the top of burgers and close with the other bun. Serve.
