Hoisin Glazed Turkey Meatloaf

How to make it

  1. In a small bowl, combine  Lee Kum Kee Hoisin Sauce, 2 Tbsp. ketchup, and water. Microwave for 1 minute and keep warm (Hoisin Sauce glaze).
  2. In a medium bowl, combine ground turkey, parsley, eggs, ketchup, Lee Kum Kee Chili Garlic Sauce, heavy cream, Lee Kum Kee Chicken Bouillon Powder and onion. Mix well.
  3. Transfer meat mixture into a 10 x 15 cm baking dish. Bake at 177°C for 20 minutes. Remove from oven. 
  4. Brush meatloaf with Hoisin Sauce glaze and bake for another 10 minutes. Cool for 5 minutes before slicing.
