How to make it
In a small bowl, combine Lee Kum Kee Hoisin Sauce, 2 Tbsp. ketchup, and water. Microwave for 1 minute and keep warm (Hoisin Sauce glaze).
In a medium bowl, combine ground turkey, parsley, eggs, ketchup, Lee Kum Kee Chili Garlic Sauce, heavy cream, Lee Kum Kee Chicken Bouillon Powder and onion. Mix well.
Transfer meat mixture into a 10 x 15 cm baking dish. Bake at 177°C for 20 minutes. Remove from oven.
Brush meatloaf with Hoisin Sauce glaze and bake for another 10 minutes. Cool for 5 minutes before slicing.
