How to make it
Preheat oven to 260 °C degrees with the rack in the center of the oven.
In a medium bowl, toss chicken with 3 Tbsp. Lee Kum Kee Hoisin Sauce, Minced Garlic, Minced Ginger, Chili Garlic Sauce and 6 sliced green onions.
On a sheet tray place the premade crust. Spoon 1/4 cup Lee Kum Kee Hoisin Sauce on the crust leaving a border. Top with the chicken mixture and then add on the shredded mozzarella.
Bake the pizza on the center rack for about 10 minutes. Sprinkle with remaining green onions, and cilantro and slice before serving.
