How to make it
In a small bowl, combine beef, tequila and Chili Garlic Sauce. Mix well.
Divide beef into 3 parts and form into individual balls. Flatten into 0.5 cm thick patties. Pan-fry patties until well done.
In another bowl, mix in Hoisin Sauce and mayonnaise together (hoisin mix).
Assemble hamburger and serve with hoisin mix.
