A perfect blend of sweet and spicy, these honey sriracha chicken wings are great as a simple yet flavor-packed gameday appetizer ready in just about 30 minutes!

 

To achieve the ideal sweet and spicy flavor combination, you only need one ingredient: Lee Kum Kee Honey Sriracha. It’s crafted to deliver a perfect combination of sweet and heat, and is delicious when used in a glaze for chicken wings. Seasoned for maximum flavor and made in the air fryer for ease of cooking, this is a wings recipe you’ll want to make time and time again!

How to make it

  1. Season the Wings:

    Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels and place them in a large bowl. Add the oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Toss until the wings are evenly coated.

  2. Air Fry the Wings:

    Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Arrange the wings in a single layer in the air fryer basket, leaving space between them for airflow. Air fry for 20–22 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the wings are golden brown, crispy, and cooked through.

  3. Make the Honey Sriracha Glaze:

    While the wings cook, melt the butter in a large skillet over low heat. Whisk in the Lee Kum Kee Honey Sriracha Sauce, Lee Kum Kee Premium Soy Sauce, Lee Kum Kee Seasoned Rice Vinegar, and Lee Kum Kee Pure Sesame Oil. Cook for 1 minute, stirring until smooth and glossy.

  4. Coat the Wings:

    Transfer the hot air-fried wings directly into the skillet with the glaze. Toss gently over low heat for 1–2 minutes, until every wing is coated and the glaze becomes sticky and glossy.

  5. Garnish and Serve:

    Transfer the wings to a serving platter. Sprinkle with sliced green onions and sesame seeds. Serve with lime wedges on the side.
