How to make it

In a small mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise and Hoisin Sauce. Mix well (Hoisin Sauce Mix). Refrigerate.
Season shrimp with black pepper.
Dip shrimp into tempura mix batter. Dust off excess.
Deep-fry shrimp in oil until golden brown. Serve in a bun with Hoisin Sauce Mix.
