Add the eggs, miso paste, Lee Kum Kee Minced Garlic, Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Oyster Flavoured Sauce, parmesan cheese, and black pepper to a bowl. Whisk until combined.

Bring a pot of water to a boil. Add in the spaghetti and cook according to the package directions. Reserve 1 cup of the pasta water. Drain the pasta and set it aside.

Heat a large pan over high heat. Add in the pancetta and cook until browned and crispy. Turn off the heat.

Add the cooked spaghetti into the pan and pour in the egg mixture. Toss to combine until the sauce is thick and creamy. If the sauce is too thick, mix in a splash of the reserved pasta water. Top with additional grated parmesan cheese and garnish with chopped parsley. Enjoy!
