How to make it
Marinate scallops, shrimps, coral mussels and grouper for 20 minutes.
Boil the shrimps, coral mussels and grouper, drain after boiled.
Soak the scallops in boiling water, drain after cooked.
Heat oil over medium heat, sauté Lee Kum Kee XO Sauce until fragrant. Add minced garlic, ginger and leeks and stir well.
Add scallops, shrimps, coral mussels, grouper, abalone and all seasoning ingredients, then stir well.
Combine corn starch with water, add into the pot and mix well.
