Heat pan to medium heat with olive oil and toss in the sliced onion along with the Lee Kum Kee Sweet Soy Sauce. Mix together and let cook down and caramelize for 30 minutes. If onions start to burn, turn heat down to low.

Once onions are nice and caramelized, remove from pan and place into a bowl.

In the same pan, cook the bacon for 5 minutes on each side, or until crispy then remove and place on paper towels and pat dry.

In the same pan, crack two eggs and let cook until fried but sunny on the top, then turn off the heat.

Slice the bagels in half and toast them.

Add the cheese, caramelized onions, egg, bacon and arugula.
