How to make it
Bring pot of salted water into a boil. Boil vegetables until 3/4 way done and immediately rinse with cold water. Drain and set aside.
Massage roast beef with Panda Oyster Flavored Sauce and 1 tsp salt.
In a baking dish, layer onion, celery and roast beef. Cover and bake roast for 3 hours at 177°C degree temperature.
Drain juice from the roast and remove excess fat. Pour juice in a small sauce pan and add Hoisin Sauce and black pepper (flavored hoisin au-jus).
Cook mixture until heated through.
Slice roast beef and serve with steamed vegetables and flavored hoisin au-jus.
