Philly Steak with Hoisin Sauce

How to make it

In a mixing bowl, combine 2 Tbsp. Hoisin Sauce, 2 Tbsp. Oyster Flavoured Sauce, Chili Garlic Sauce and Sesame Oil.
Marinate beef with mixture for 10 minutes.
Sautee onions with 2 Tbsp. oil for 3 minutes. Add the remaining Hoisin Sauce and cook for another 2 minutes. Set aside.
Grill or pan fry beef 3 minutes on each side - cut beef 1.3 cm thick.
Assemble philly steak with cheese and sauted onion.
Drizzle Hoisin Sauce before serving.
