How to make it

  1. In a heated pan with oil, stir-fry beef for 3 minutes.
  2. Add in Oyster Flavoured Sauce, chili and pickled ginger. Cook for 2 minutes.
  3. Stir in dry sherry. Cook for an additional two minutes. Serve.
