How to make it
In a small bowl, dilute cornstarch with water to create a cornstarch mixture. Set aside.
In a heated pan, add oil and pan fry pork riblets until brown.
Add ginger, dry sherry, Chili Garlic Sauce, water, honey and Black Bean Garlic Sauce. Simmer for 5 minutes.
Add in cornstarch mixture, stir well and cook until sauce thickens.
