How to make it
Combine heavy cream, garlic, and Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Oyster Flavored Sauce in a mixing bowl. Mix well.
Place the pumpkin slices in a 23 x 18 cm baker's dish.
Pour mixture over the pumpkin slices. Marinate for 30 minutes.
Cover and bake at 190°C for 30 minutes.
Remove cover and sprinkle cheese on top.
Bake for another 10 minutes until cheese has melts.
