How to make it
Poke beef ribs with a fork and mix well with spare rib sauce. Marinate for 2 hours.
Preheat oven to 180C. Roast beef ribs on a rack for 45–60 minutes. Set aside for 20 minutes before slicing.
Serve with more spare rib sauce, if desired.
Roasting time per 500g of beef:
Medium well 25–30 Minutes
Well done 30–35 Minutes
