How to make it

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. 
  2. Cut up all the vegetables and place into a mixing bowl. 
  3. Add in olive oil, Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Oyster Flavored Sauce, dried thyme, rosemary, basil, oregano, salt and pepper. Give a nice toss, coating everything well. 
  4. Pour the vegetables out onto a greased baking sheet and spread out evenly. Place into the oven and roast for 35 minutes on the middle rack.
  5. Take out of the oven and serve in a bowl, or right off the sheet tray.
