How to make it
Combine turkey, Premium Soy Sauce, rosemary, black pepper, olive oil, sugar and dijion mustard in a baking dish.
Marinate turkey tenderloin for 10-20 minutes or until done.
Bake at 350 degree temperature for 20-30 minutes. Set aside for 10 minutes.
In a heated pan with oil, stir-fry baby carrots for 5 minutes. Add mushroom, salt and pepper to taste. Cook until mushroom is wilted.
Slice turkey tenderloin into medallion slices.
Serve with vegetables and remaining juice from the turkey tenderloin and garnish with chopped parsley.
