How to make it
Pat dry red snapper and toss with cornstarch.
In a small bowl, create a cornstarch mixture by whisking together cornstarch, sugar and water (sauce mix). Set aside.
In a frying pan on medium-high heat, sauté red snapper fillets with 3 tablespoons oil until golden brown. Set aside.
In a clean frying pan, on medium-high heat, stir fry asparagus with remaining oil. Add Black Bean Garlic Sauce. Add red snapper and sauce mix. Cook and stir until sauce thickens.
Optional: Garnish with red bell peppers.
