How to make it

  1. Evenly coat pork shoulder in Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Oyster Sauce. Combine spices together into a rub and evenly spread over the pork, then let sit in the fridge for 3 hours up to overnight to take on all the flavors.

  2. Add pork to a slow cooker and cook on low heat for 9 hours, until tender. You can also smoke in a smoker at 225 degrees Fahrenheit for 6-8 hours until fall-apart tender and internal temperature reads 205 degrees Fahrenheit.

  3. Shred pork with forks to pull apart and combine with the juices for maximum flavor. Serve as is on a plate or make a sandwich with potato rolls and your favorite barbecue sauce!
