How to make it

    1) Place the cucumber between two chopsticks to hold it steady.

    2) Use a knife to score the cucumber diagonally, going down until you touch the chopsticks.

    3) Turn the cucumber over carefully and repeat step 2, but score horizontally instead.

  2. Toss the spiralized cucumbers with salt and let sit for 15 minutes to release moisture. Drain, rinse, and pat dry gently with a paper towel.
