How to make it

In a bowl, mix together ground beef, mozzarella cheese, Oyster Flavored Sauce, Chili Garlic Sauce and chopped spinach to form the burger patty mixture.
Divide mixture into 4 portions. Roll into a ball and flatten into 4 inches in diameter.
Grill or pan-fry burger patty. Cook for 5-7 minutes on each side until well done.
Assemble burger with cheese and tomato. Serve hot.
