How to make it
In a medium bowl, combine tuna, Lee Kum Kee Sriracha Mayo, sour cream, scallions, celery, and salt and pepper. Set aside. 
Heat your oven to 450 degrees. Spread tuna mixture evenly onto 4 pieces of bread.
 Add tomato slices and cheese. Heat until the cheese on top melt and begins to brown or bubble. 
Plate and add Tapatio, to taste.
