How to make it
Arrange fish fillet and ginger in the steamer. Cook for 15 minutes.
Sauté Chili Garlic Sauce and Black Bean Garlic Sauce for 2 minutes.
Add sugar and cornstarch mixture and bring to a boil. Cook the sauce until thickened.
Serve steam fish with Black Bean Garlic Sauce. Drizzle Sesame Oil and garnish with chopped green onions.
