How to make it
In a heated pan with oil, cook ground beef until almost done.
Add in mushroom and Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Oyster Flavored Sauce. Cook mixture for another two minutes and cool.
Mix ground beef and Monterey Jack cheese in small bowl. Season with black pepper.
Stuff chili pasilla with beef mixture. Dust with flour and soak in beaten eggs.
Pan fry chili relleno until golden brown on each side. Serve chili relleno with Hoisin Sauce, if desired.
