Preheat oven at 190°C.

In a small bowl, mix together 2 Tbsp. Lee Kum Kee Black Bean Garlic Sauce with 2 Tbsp. cooking oil to form a paste. Set aside.

In a pan on medium heat, sauté oil, celery, button mushrooms and wild rice for 5 minutes.

Add in remaining 2 Tbsp. of Lee Kum Kee Black Bean Garlic Sauce, Minced Ginger, sugar and black pepper. Sauté for another 5 minutes.

Stuff Cornish game hens with the cooked rice mixture.

Rub the Cornish game hen with the Lee Kum Kee Black Bean Garlic Sauce and oil paste. Place in oven to bake for 45 minutes or until cooked through.
