How to make it

  1. Remove all the skin and trim the fat from the chicken.
  2. Cut the chicken into 8 small pieces, using both the breast and the thighs.
  3. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. In a baking dish, place chicken pieces, onion, celery and bake for 15 minutes at 205 °C.
  5. Add in remainder ingredients and bake for 20-25 minutes. Serve hot.
