How to make it
In a small mixing bowl, combine Lee Kum Kee Hoisin Sauce and mayonnaise. Mix well and refrigerate.
In a baking dish, combine the pork, brown sugar, salt, black pepper and cooking oil. Mix well. Marinate for 2 hours or overnight.
Bake marinated pork at 175°C for 1.5 hours. Cool and slice into small pieces.
Assemble pulled pork with the french rolls spread with the Hoisin and mayonnaise mixture. Brush on additional Hoisin Sauce on the pork.
