How to make it
In a bowl, combine Lee Kum Kee Premium Soy Sauce, red wine vinegar, sugar, olive oil and Lee Kum Kee Pure Sesame Oil.
Mix well and season with black pepper (Premium Soy Vinaigrette).
In a platter, assemble tomato, cucumber and provolone cheese. Drizzle Premium Soy Vinaigrette and garnish with chopped basil.
