Massage diced chicken breasts with 1 Tbsp. cornstarch and 1 Tbsp. Lee Kum Kee Panda Oyster Flavored Sauce.

In a heated pan with oil, cook chicken until about half way done.

Add onion, ginger, celery and yams. Cook for another 3 minutes.

Add dry sherry, Lee Kum Kee Premium Soy Sauce, chicken broth, Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Oyster Flavored Sauce, parsley and tomato.

Bring mixture into a boil and simmer for 10 minutes.
