How to make it
In a large bowl mix the ground turkey, salt, pepper, garlic powder and bread crumbs.
Then form into small golf ball sized bites. You should be able to make at least 6.
Heat a skillet with olive oil over medium/high heat. Place the burger balls down in the pan and give them a gentle press to flatten them a little. Cook for 3-4 minutes per side until sides are brown. Flip again and then cover the pan with a lid and cook for another 3 minutes until they are cooked through.
Place some cheese onto the burgers and then cover again, letting the cheese melt then transfer to a plate.
Build the sliders by placing some Lee Kum Kee Sriracha Mayo on to the bun, followed by turkey patties. Top with a slice of tomato and avocado. Add pickles for garnish or place on the side.
