How to make it
Saute onions, bacon and potatoes until cooked through. Add diced smoked turkey, red & green bell peppers, and Seasoning Mix. Stir well to make filling. Let cool and set aside.
Place a layer of plastic wrap on a work surface. Lay smoked turkey slices flat to form a rectangle.
Place layer cooked spinach. Spread layer of filling over top, roll up to form a log. Set aside in freezer.
Brush melted butter over each filo pastry sheet for 4–5 layers. Place frozen filling onto pastry sheet, roll to wrap filling inside.
Seal edges with beaten egg, and brush some over sealed pastry.
Bake pastry roll 15–20 minutes in 150°C preheated oven until golden-brown.
