In a heated large sauce pan, add butter, onion, celery, and Italian seasoning. Cook mixture for 3 minutes. Add in flour and stir mixture for an additional 2 minutes.

Stir in turkey breast pieces, potato, peas, carrots, Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Oyster Flavored Sauce, white pepper, water, and heavy cream. Cook mixture until heated through or until sauce is thickened.

Place into refrigerator until cooled.

Pour turkey mixture into unbaked pie shell. Unroll puff pastry sheet and place on top of filling.

Crimp edges with thumb or fork. Slit an "X" on top of crust to vent while cooking.

Bake at 175 °C for 35 minutes or until crust is golden brown.
