How to make it
Combine sugar, Lee Kum Kee Black Bean Garlic Sauce, 1 tsp. cornstarch and water (black bean sauce mix). Set aside.
Massage turkey strips with remaining cornstarch and Panda Oyster Flavored Sauce.
Stir-fry turkey strips with 2 Tbsp. cooking oil for 3 minutes.
Add vegetables and cook mixture for another 3 minutes.
Stir in black bean sauce mix and cook mixture until heated through.
