How to make it
Combine Lee Kum Kee Plum Sauce, cream cheese, vanilla extract and 2 Tbsp. sugar.
Mix well until creamy and fluffy (cream cheese mixture). Divide cream cheese mixture into two parts and set aside.
Unfold puff pastry on a lightly floured surface. Divide into 4 individual pieces. Set aside.
Place one part of cream cheese in the center and top with another slice of the puff pastry dough. Repeat.
Brush edges with egg and then crimp with fork to seal edge. Brush the top with egg. Bake at 205 °C for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
Optional: Serve with chocolate sauce or whipped cream and dust with powdered sugar.
