How to make it
In a small mixing bowl, combine Lee Kum Kee Hoisin Sauce, Lee Kum Kee Chili Garlic Sauce and mayonnaise.
Mix well and refrigerate.
Combine the remainder of the ingredients on a tray and season with salt and pepper.
Drizzle olive oil on top of vegetables and grill for 2 minutes on each side.
Assemble sandwich and serve.
