How to make it
Heat oil in pan. Stir-fry onions for 2 minutes.
Stir in Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Sauce, Lee Kum Kee Chili Garlic Sauce and the remainder ingredients, except rice.
Bring mixture to a boil. Simmer until vegetables are tender.
Serve over rice. Garnish with chopped parsley and cashews.
