Zucchini Scrambled Eggs with Bacon

How to make it

  1. In a heated pan with oil, cook beaten eggs for 1 minute. Set aside.
  2. In the same pan, add 2 Tbsp. oil and stir in zucchini and Lee Kum Kee Chili Garlic Sauce.
  3. Cook mixture for 3-4 minutes. Stir in sugar, salt, chopped parsley and eggs. Cook for another minute.
  4. Serve hot and garnish with cooked bacon.
