Lee Kum Kee Brown Cooking Soy Sauce is brewed according to traditional methods, using non-genetically-engineered soybeans. It can be used for braising, easily adding a reddish color and delicious flavor to food.
Soy sauce (water, salt, soybeans, wheat), caramel color, monosodium glutamate, rice wine (water, rice, wheat), sugar, salt, yeast extract (yeast extract, water, salt), disodium 5'-inosinate and disodium 5'-guanylate, potassium sorbate, sucralose ( 2.78 mg/15ml).
