How to make it
Marinate ribbonfish strips in wine and salt for 20 minutes.
Heat oil in the pan. Coat marinated fish with flour. Pan-fry till golden brown on both sides.
Add green onion, ginger, garlic, and Lee Kum Kee Brown Cooking Soy Sauce to pan and continue cooking. Add hot water after one minute.
Cook at high heat until sauce thickens. Ready to serve.
