How to make it

Cook chicken breast in lightly salted boiling water until cooked through. Cool chicken in ice water and thinly slice. Thinly slice honeydew. Set both aside.
Combine all ingredients in a big bowl, stir in Seasoning Soy Sauce, and mix well. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top. Ready to serve.
