How to make it

  1. Trim the ends off of the green beans, and wash and drain in a colander. Blanch in boiling water for 1-2 minutes and drain. 
  2. Heat a wok to medium high heat and add your oil. While it heats up, combine cornstarch and water to form a slurry.
  3. Add green beans to the wok and cook for 1-2 minutes, tossing occasionally. Add in Lee Kum Kee Black Bean Garlic Sauce, Mushroom Bouillon Powder, sugar, and salt. Toss for 1 minute to combine well, then add slurry to thicken and stir for 1 more minute.
  4. Transfer to a serving plate and enjoy!
