How to make it

  1. Prepare the Spinach Dip:

In a mixing bowl, combine spinach, cream cheese, sour cream or yogurt, Lee Kum Kee Sriracha Chili Sauce, mozzarella, Parmesan, and Lee Kum Kee Minced Garlic.

Season with salt and pepper. Add Lee Kum Kee Chiu Chow Chili Crisp Oil if you want it spicier.

Mix until fully combined and creamy. Set aside.

  2. Assemble the Christmas Tree:

    Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Roll out your pizza crust into a rectangle. Transfer it onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.

Cut the dough in half creating two equal rectangles. Spread the spinach dip filling evenly over one rectangle of dough. Place the second dough rectangle on top to cover the filling.

  3. Shape the Tree:

Using a knife or pizza cutter, cut the dough into a large triangle (tree shape). Keep the extra strips—they become the bottom branches.

On both sides of the triangle, cut horizontal strips (like branches) about 1 inch apart.

Twist each strip 1–2 times to create the “tree branch” effect.

Arrange leftover dough strips at the bottom as a trunk.

  4. Brush the entire tree with melted butter. Sprinkle with 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese. Bake for 18–22 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.

  5. Decorate & Serve:

Drizzle or pipe Lee Kum Kee Sriracha Chili Sauce over the tree as garlands.

Serve warm—perfect for dipping and pulling apart!
