Try this Marry Me Chicken Wings recipe made with Lee Kum Kee Sriracha Sauce, sun-dried tomatoes, cream, and herbs for bold, savory flavor. With this recipe, the wings cook quickly and take on the flavors of the Marry Me Sauce extremely well.
For those unfamiliar with "Marry Me" sauce, it is very similar to a creamy Tuscan chicken sauce. At the core is cream, sun-dried tomatoes, Parmesan cheese, garlic, and basil. There's a little extra kick as well that normally comes from chili flakes, but this recipe turns up the notch with Lee Kum Kee Sriracha Chili Sauce. The sriracha adds not just heat, but bold, complex, and deep flavors from fermented chili and a hit of garlic that takes these wings to the next level!
Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F). Grease a large baking dish or oven-safe skillet. In a bowl, toss the chicken wings with olive oil, paprika, salt, and pepper. Arrange them in a single layer in your baking dish. Roast uncovered for 25 minutes, turning once halfway through for even browning.
While the wings roast, start your sauce. In a saucepan over medium heat, add 1 tbsp olive oil and 2 tbsp butter. Once melted, add Lee Kum Kee Minced Garlic and cook until fragrant (about 30 seconds).
Pour in the chicken stock and bring to a gentle simmer. Stir in the thickened cream, then Parmesan cheese, mixing until smooth and slightly thickened. Add the Lee Kum Kee Sriracha Chili Sauce, then the sun-dried tomatoes and basil. Simmer for another 2–3 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat.
After 25 minutes of baking, remove wings from the oven and pour the hot sauce evenly over them. Return the wings to the oven and bake for another 15–20 minutes, or until fully cooked and the sauce is bubbling and thickened.
TIP: For crispy golden tops, broil for 2–3 minutes at the end, keeping a close eye.
Let rest 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh basil or extra parmesan if desired, and enjoy!
