How to make it
Mix pork and 1 Tbsp. spring onion well. Add Marinade and stir well.
Spoon some filling onto each wonton wrapper. Beat the egg and glaze the rim to seal.
Bring some water to a boil. Drop in wontons and cook until they float to the surface. Remove and place in bowl with Seasoning Mix. Sprinkle with remaining spring onion and crushed peanuts, and serve.
