In a food processor, process the garbanzo beans until they are smooth.
Add in Lee Kum Kee Sriracha Chili Sauce, olive oil, honey and keep blending until mixed and smooth. Then add in the garlic powder and salt. Taste it here and season more to your liking.
Add the water and give it one more final blend making it extra creamy.
Scrape it out into a bowl and top with fresh black pepper and chopped parsley. Serve with pita bread or vegetables.
