How to make it

  1. Mix well the pork, egg white, cornstarch, and cooking wine with a small amount of water. Marinate for 20 minutes.
  2. Put oil in pan over medium heat, add pork, stir-fry lightly till the pork turns opaque. Remove pork from pan and set aside.
  3. Use oil remaining in pan and add seasoning sauces. Stir-fry for 1–2 minutes over low heat. Add pork and keep stir-frying for another 2 minutes over medium-high heat till pork is thoroughly coated with sauce.
  4. Place scallions on a plate, put pork on top. Ready to serve.
