Whisk together Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Cooking Soy sauce, Lee Kum Kee Sriracha Chili Sauce, sugar, Lee Kum Kee Minced Garlic, rice vinegar and Lee Kum Kee Pure Sesame Oil in a bowl.
Cook noodles according to package directions.
Pour sauce mix over hot noodles and toss to coat.
Sprinkle with thinly sliced scallions and serve. Dish may also be enjoyed cold.
